Detention Schedule
If a student receives a detention it is the responsibility of the student to serve the assigned detention within a week, failure to do so will result in further disciplinary action. Please bring signed detention slip along with parent signature or a note signed by a parent indicating that they are aware of the detention. Below you will find the detention schedule for the 2011-2012 academic school year.

PS Connect
The online grading system is a useful tool for parents and students to be able to keep up with assignments and grades. It is highly recommended that all students and parents have a PS Connect account. If you do not have internet access, you may use the school or public library to set up an email account and check PS Connect.

Progress Reports
Your child will receive their progress report on Friday, October 21st. Please make sure they are signed and returned to Mrs. Francois.
RED RIBBON WEEK
This week we celebrate Red Ribbon Week…
Monday – Red Out – Wear Red Day
Tuesday – Give Drugs the Boot – Wear boots
Wednesday – Sock it to Drugs – Wear Crazy Socks
Thursday – Put a cap on drugs – Wear a cap, beanie or other non distracting headwear
Friday – Team up Against Drugs – Wear your favorite Team’s Sports Jersey
*Just a reminder…if students do not wear the specific items listed they must be in uniform. On days where only socks, boots, etc are worn they must wear the POMS uniform.
CHERRYDALE ORDERS Tuesday the 25th is the Cherrydale delivery! Please be sure you are prepared for your child to bring home all their Cherrydale orders. Orders can be picked up in the Multi-Purpose Room. Everything must go home. Some of may have frozen items in your orders. We cannot hold these items at school. Parents will be available for pick up until 5:30 p.m. We will not be ready to distribute items until 2:00 p.m.
HALLOWEEN DRESS UP
Students who have all assignments turned in (by October 26) will be allowed to dress up on Halloween. Please make sure your child is checking with their teachers to be sure all work is turned in. Questions….check with your clusters.
